ASA Technical Center Renovation project includes the build-out of approximately 78,000 sf of an aircraft maintenance hangar to serve as the new corporate headquarters for Atlantic Southeast Airlines. Over the years, New South has performed various upgrades and renovations to this multi-level 120,000 sf Hangar Facility. ASA's project goals include creating a secure entrance and environment, a fresh branded visitor experience, and improved employee parking access areas. Exterior upgrades to the building include ASA branded signage, a new storefront entrance and new operable windows which convert the tired and closed up feel to one that is much more open and inviting.
