This project consists of the removal of the existing 11 floors of brick veneer and exterior framing, and installation of a new water-managed façade system, including structural floor extensions on each floor on all 4 sides. The project also includes removing the existing mansard & ballasted roofs and replacing with a new TPO roof, expansion of the meeting rooms, and new streetscapes, including a new entry drive, retaining wall & stairs and porte cochere.
