The Freshman Phase Five project completes the design intent of the Freshman Quad by constructing the Hall and final quadrant of the raised green deck. The new construction contains approximately 324 beds and accommodates semi-suites, singles, doubles, social spaces, study lounges, and associated support spaces. The project is LEED Gold certified.
