Client Colleton River Plantation Club

This clubhouse is a 42,000 sf testament to taste and luxury, and is the centerpiece of social life for the members and their guests. This project consists of the renovation and expansion to the existing Nicklaus Clubhouse located at Colleton River Plantation in South Carolina. Scope of work includes gutting the building to provide the new facility a more inviting public space, while taking advantage of the spectacular low-country views. The expansion includes a new kitchen, formal and private dining areas, a 3,000 sf banquet room, Women's & Men's locker rooms, state-of-the art fitness center, and a bar & grill in the men's lounge.
