Trustees' Garden

This project involves the stabilization of the steel building known as the Kehoe Smithy. Constructed in 1830 as an iron foundry and it is part of the historic area now known as Trustees' Garden. The project includes facade upgrades and interior improvements. This space will be rented for meeting / dining space. The master plan is to turn the area known as Trustees' Garden into an entertainment and meeting keystone for the east side of downtown Savannah space
