The Garden City Town Hall project is a 35,000 sf facility which includes a Council Meeting Room, City Administration Offices and Police Station. The City Administration space includes offices for city officials, the zoning and building department, city finance department and human resources. The Police Station is complete with staff offices, locker rooms, holding cells, sally port, investigative laboratory, and canine work area.
