Wes is a vice president of preconstruction and business development based out of the Research Triangle Park office. Outside of work, he is involved with Associated General Contractors (AGC) Carolinas and is a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church. When Wes isn’t in the office he enjoys spending time outdoors with this family and friends, hunting, and fishing on Kerr Lake. He attended University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he received his degree in civil engineering.

Wes’ advice to someone looking to be in the construction industry: “No matter what position you strive for in the construction industry, there is no substitute for field experience. Get in there, get dirty, pay attention, and gain a multitude of knowledge that will set you apart.”
