The first phase of the student housing project consists of 275,500 square feet of mixed-use space including retail and dining on the first floor and 582 student beds. In addition, the new parking structure allows for 437 cars.

The second phase of the student housing project comprises 137,700 square feet of mixed-use space, including retail and dining on the first floor, a courtyard with a pool, and 296 student beds. The project also included the addition of a 222-car parking garage.
