Kelley joined New South in 2002 and is the vice president of human resources. In her role, she manages employee relations, assesses staffing and hiring needs, runs training programs, and develops competitive compensation and benefit packages. Kelley serves as the co-chair of the Associated General Contractor’s (AGC) Human Resources Committee and is active with AGC’s Women on the Move shared interest group. Kelley also helps oversee the Women in New South (WINS) program, which provides opportunities for female employees at New South to engage and participate in professional development opportunities, social outings, charitable drives, and educational events. When she is not in the office, you can find Kelley somewhere on a beach spending money, riding ATVs, or hanging out with her dogs, Mojo and Carlos.
