Lynett joined New South in 1996 and works as a vice president overseeing the firm’s preconstruction team. Within her community, Lynett serves on the Board of Directors and Board of Stewards for Jabbok Ministries. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family watching her grandkids’ sporting events, hanging out on the lake and attending church. 

Lynett’s advice to someone looking to be in the construction industry: “Go for it and know that like most things in life, you get out of it what you put in it. To watch a project develop from a vision into an amazing structure, and knowing you played a small part in it, is very rewarding. Even more rewarding are the great relationships that are built during the process!”
