This project consisted of the removal of the existing 11 floors of brick veneer, exterior framing, and installation of a new water-managed façade system, including structural floor extensions on each floor, on all four sides. The project also included: removal of the existing mansard and ballasted roofs and the installation of a new TPO roof; expansion of the meeting rooms; and new streetscapes, including a new entry drive, retaining wall, stairs, and porte cochere. Scope also included the renovation and modernization of all the finishes, doors, fixtures, and furnishings throughout the interior.
