This project consisted of the construction of a new clubhouse and pool facility for the historic Savannah Golf Club. This project was constructed in three phases:

Phase I included construction of the new pool facility which includes an Olympic-size swimming pool, youth room, snack bar, pool restrooms, three clay tennis courts, and one hard tennis court.

Concurrent with the construction of the pool facility, Phase II featured a new clubhouse including a main dining room, private dining room, mixed grill, men’s grill, lounge, a full-service kitchen, ladies card room, and men and women’s locker rooms. The exterior façade was constructed with brick, cast stone, stucco, lap siding and accented metal ceilings. In addition, there is approximately 8,000-square-feet of covered porch space capturing the beautiful views of the golf course, tennis courts and pool area.

The final phase consisted of the demolition of the existing clubhouse, construction of a new entrance plaza, and additional parking for the club.
