This project consisted interior demolition and renovation of the third floor of an existing building to house a patient lobby, exam rooms, flow stations, lab, and other service areas for both primary and pediatric care. Plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire protection services were completely modified to serve the new floor layout. Significant coordination was required to accommodate the occupied facility on the two lower floors. ICRA standards were strictly administered, enforced, and reviewed daily by multiple parties. This project endured the initiation of the COVID-19 pandemic and was still completed on time and within budget constraints.
