Two-story addition to the State Employees’ Credit Union (SECU) Caring House, an organization providing comfortable, supporting, and affordable housing for adult cancer patients receiving care at Duke Cancer Institute. The new expansion will add 23 units, more than doubling the building’s current occupancy, and will include a redesigned entrance and parking for the facility.

Construction is slated for completion in late 2026.
