The USC Foundation Student Housing project is a mixed-use development featuring a 940-bed student housing community complete with 42,000 square feet of student meeting space and 12,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space in Columbia, South Carolina. The precast development will include a 580-space parking deck and will feature a resort-style swimming pool, a two-story fitness center, individual and group study areas, and rooftop lounge.

Construction is slated for completion in summer 2025.
