This project included maintenance repairs of the interior vaulted ceiling limestone ribs, and a complete re-roofing of the building with new lead-coated copper panels and batten systems. Scope also include the replacement of the building’s air handling units, new high-voltage electrical service, switch gear and transformers as well as new steam and chilled water service utilities. Additionally, the building received upgrades to the audio visual and data network. The project also included the refurbishment of seven stained glass windows, woodwork refinishing, landscaping and irrigation upgrades.
