The Hillcrest Raleigh at Crabtree Valley project involves the construction of a two-story steel addition to an existing one-story, wood-framed senior convalescent facility, along with renovations to the current building. The new 32-unit addition will include a new porte-cochere and activity room as well as various upgrades to existing facility.

Construction is slated for completion in early 2027.
