The Northwest Medical Center project involved the renovation of four floors of an occupied medical office building. The scope of work included the replacement of exterior walls, new exterior structure slabs and helical piers to prevent settlement as well as cosmetic upgrades and a new structured SOG for the parking deck. The project scope also included cutting up and removing post tensioned slabs, reskinning an occupied (and out of plumb) building, saving the parking deck, and updating the elevator bays and lobbies without disruption to the patients or tenants.
