Peachtree Hills Place is Isakson Living’s newest Atlanta retirement community. The phased project consists of a total of 283 customized units.

Phase 1 consists of eight (8) buildings, clubhouse 121 units including 4 guest suites, pool, kitchen, bar, lounge, library, dining, and pavilion.

In addition to the phases below, Track 3 consisted of $1 million in site work including detention pond, sewer, etc. for several independent homes.
