​The Phoenix at Union Hill is a new 172,148-square-foot resort-styled senior living community consisting of 152 units including 25 memory care units, 81 independent living units, and 47 traditional assisted living units. Designed and built as an inclusive community for all ages, the facility houses a commercial kitchen, pub, gym, library, and a full-service salon as well as in-house physical and occupational therapy clinics.

New South completed the project as a CM at-Risk and was heavily involved from the onset of the design phase. Throughout construction, the project team was faced with many challenges, including navigating the ongoing construction and turnover of a senior living facility amidst a global pandemic. Overall, the team was able to successfully and safely turn the facility over on schedule and within budget, much to the delight of the Owner.
