Multifamily developer Terwilliger Pappas has started construction on Solis Dresden Village, a mixed-use project including 183 residential units and walkable street retail, the company Monday announced. Under the company’s marquee Solis brand, the newest property will feature 176 residential flats and 7 townhomes in the Brookhaven submarket.
In addition to the residential offerings, Terwilliger Pappas is partnering with CONNOLLY, an Atlanta-based real estate developer and investor, to develop 30,000 square feet of sidewalk-facing retail.
Opening in mid-2024, Solis Dresden Village is situated a short walk from the Brookhaven MARTA station.
“Our newest property, Solis Dresden Village, will provide residents the full roster of amenities found in all of our Solis communities including a landscaped roof deck, estate-style pool, wine tasting room, pet spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, coworking spaces, and private meditation room.,” Alan Dean, regional CEO of Terwilliger Pappas, said. “We are pleased to expand into Brookhaven, weaving seamlessly into the Dresden Village corridor and adding to the authentic fabric of the neighborhood.”
New South Construction will serve as the general contractor for the project. Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio will handle all architectural and interior design, and Kimley Horn will serve as the project’s civil engineers.
