On Thursday, June 11, New South joined the Georgia Municipal Association (GMA) to celebrate the topping out of their new headquarters in downtown Atlanta. New South broke ground on the project back in January of this year. The new four-story, 27,000-square-foot building will bring GMA additional office space and will include a five-story, 146-space parking deck to directly connect three (3) floors of the building. The project scope also includes the renovation of the existing 24,00-square-foot building with a landscaped courtyard connecting the two buildings.
GMA’s new headquarters are expected to be complete in December of 2020.
