ULI Atlanta’s 27th Annual Awards for Excellence

The ULI Atlanta Awards for Excellence program recognizes outstanding real estate development projects or initiatives that exemplify ULI’s mission to shape the future of cities for transformative impact worldwide. The program identifies and promotes best practices in all types of real estate development and land use. This year, New South had two projects listed as finalists, The Nelson St. Pedestrian Bridge at Centennial Yards and The Maverick multifamily community. Winners will be announced at ULI Atlanta’s Awards Banquet on September 14, 2023.
