​The Gwinnett County water reclamation facility was redesigned for improved efficiency with new available technology. Considered the centerpiece of the campus, New South’s design-build team constructed a new operations and administrative building as part of the total facility renovation.

This project includes administrative offices, control rooms, training classrooms, and labs as well as an educational component to teach about water reclamation and the process at the Yellow River Water Reclamation Facility (YRWRF). There is a 50-foot precast pedestrian bridge to connect the operations building to the adjacent parking deck structure.

The project is LEED Gold certified.
