The new complex includes a nearly 25,000 sf police and court building with basement, and a separate 14,000 sf Fire Station 44. The police and court facility houses administrative office space, a  courtroom, sallyport, and evidence storage. Fire Station 44 features three apparatus bays, a day room, and bunk room as well as office space for the city’s fire administration. Site infrastructure for the 3.63-acre site included a fire department training tower, grading, utilities, storm water detention, landscaping, and paved surface parking.
