New South constructed Garden City’s new Town Hall facility to include a council meeting room, city administration offices and a police station. The formal lobby and council meeting room are impressive two-story spaces and include stone flooring, limestone wainscot, and extensive trim work with clerestory windows.

The council meeting room also serves as the city courtroom. The city administration space includes offices for officials, the zoning and building department, finance department, and human resources.
