TPA Lakeview is a 255-unit, midrise, multifamily project located on the corner of Haynes Bridge Road and 400 in Alpharetta, Georgia. The project is one building that is broken up into five different phases which contains both amenity, retail, and a six-story, 508 space precast parking garage. In addition to the amenities within the building, the courtyard features a swimming pool, fire pits, and a large grilling station.
