BRYKS Upper Westside is a mixed-use community featuring retail spaces and 576 residential units spread across two buildings adjoined by a common plaza area. The residential units are made up of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans. In addition to the retail and residential spaces, the development includes two precast parking decks offering a combined 900 spaces. Community amenities include a pool, dog park, fitness center, co-working areas and lounge spaces.

The first phase of the project is slated to completed in late 2024.
