This multi-purpose development features a two-story, mixed-use building that includes: recreation and fitness components; classroom space for the city’s Parks and Recreation Department; a gymnasium with an elevated walking track; and leasable retail, restaurant, and office space.

In total, the development included:

• 7,000 square feet of restaurant space
• 5,000 square feet of community classroom space
• 2,500 square feet of recreation department office areas
• 15,000-square-foot multi-use gymnasium
• 3,000-square-foot mezzanine walking track
• 4,000 square feet of future recreation space​​​​
• A 100-space, below-grade parking deck
