The Hawkins is a mixed-use multifamily development composed of 192 residential units, amenity areas, commercial spaces, and a parking garage. The project is located on the North end of Dekalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK), which is Georgia’s second busiest airport. Units will be available in a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans and amenities will include a fitness center, community room, pet spa, swimming pool, and an outdoor “Sky Lounge” located on the top level of the building overlooking the airport’s runways. Additionally, the community will include 15,000 square feet of commercial and coworking space.

The project will turn over in early 2025 and will add necessary residential space to one of Atlanta’s fastest growing suburbs.
