New South Construction received seven awards from the Associated General Contractors’ (AGC) 2022 Build Georgia Awards. The program recognizes construction firms’ excellence and exceptional projects completed across the state in the past year.

The four projects awarded first place include the Georgia Municipal Association’s New Headquarters; Hines’ Atlantic Yards office complex at Atlantic Station; Isakson Living’s Peachtree Hills Place; and the City of Newnan’s CJ Smith Park redevelopment.  Additionally, New South received merit honors for three projects including Pace Academy’s new Kam Memar Lower School; the City of Fayetteville’s new City Hall and City Center Park; and RangeWater Real Estate’s newest multifamily community in Suwanee, The Maven.

The annual AGC Build Georgia Awards program recognizes outstanding achievements in the construction industry. Winning projects represent the best the construction industry has to offer by both general contractors and specialty contractors who demonstrate the following: exceptional project safety performance, overcoming the challenges of a difficult project, innovation in construction techniques and materials, excellence in project management and scheduling, and dedication to client service and customer care.
