New South completed the vision of Emory University’s Freshman Quad by constructing Eleonore Raoul Hall. The final quadrant has an elevated green plaza with parking below to create a link to Longstreet Means and Hamilton Holmes Hall. The new construction contains approximately 324 beds and accommodates semi-suites, singles, doubles, social spaces, study lounges, and associated support spaces.

The project is LEED Gold certified.
