The 34-acre site was a former landfill and dumping grounds that had to be graded. Due to the nature of the site, there were several environmental issues and remedial work the team had to overcome.

The new athletic complex includes a natural turf football and soccer field, surrounded by an eight-lane track and stadium seating for 1,100 spectators. The complex includes baseball and softball fields, as well as a middle school P.E. baseball field. Project scope also included construction of a combination field house and concessions / restroom building with associated site development, infrastructure and parking.

The final phase for this facility consisted of the remainder of the site grading and utilities, all parking areas, the football stadium, maintenance buildings, large concessions building, full-capacity restrooms, bleachers, and the press box.
