The Rivera-Hernandez Lab Renovation involved the complete demolition of one large lab and the reconfiguration into two separate lab spaces. The new labs received new ventilation systems, HVAC, added firewalls, ceilings and light fixtures as well as all new cabinetry, specialty fixtures, electrical panels, flooring and added data/electrical outlets.

This project was completed under an annual task order agreement.
