This project featured an 11,857 sf hangar used for small, corporate jets and 3,250 sf of office space for Thomas Enterprises. The pre-engineered metal building featured split-face CMU and included textured paint finishes and epoxy floor coating.

Additionally, the project included the completion of the headquarters office for Setco Grading, their equipment maintenance shop. This structure also was composed of a pre-engineered metal building with split-face CMU and synthetic stucco, and it featured a 10-ton bridge crane, textured paint finishes, epoxy floor coating, and infrared heaters.
