Fire Life Safety Upgrades at H-JAIA

The Fire and Life Safety project at H-JAIA includes upgrades to Concourse A and the AGTS / Passenger tunnels at the plane train level. Scope includes the addition of fire sprinklers in the AGTS tunnels, along with additional smoke detection systems and upgrades to doors and hardware along the exit routes. Concourse A is receiving upgraded doors and hardware at each gate and exit stairs as well as additions and upgrades to existing exterior egress stairs and fire smoke detection systems.

This project is being completed by NSMS, A Joint Venture, comprised of New South, McCarthy Building Companies, and Synergy Development Partners.
