The Aviation Administration Center (AAC), is a new, ground-up administrative building for some of the City of Atlanta, Department of Aviation’s executive and administrative staff. The building houses Class A and B office space, conference and meeting rooms, a data center, and a 476-space precast parking garage. The building has walkway connectors connecting to the new parking garage and the Central Passenger Terminal Complex. 

Construction is slated for completion in late 2026.
