The Hawkins is a mixed-use development located in Chamblee, GA composed of 197 residential units, amenity areas, commercial spaces, and a parking garage. The project is located on the North end of Dekalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK), which is Georgia’s 2nd busiest airport. One of the amenity areas is an indoor/outdoor “Sky Lounge” located on the top level of the building that will look out over the airport’s runways. The project will turn over in early 2025 and will add necessary residential space to one of Atlanta’s fastest growing suburbs. Floor plans will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and feature a fitness center, community room, pet spa, dog park and a swimming pool. Scope included a precast parking structure with 291 spaces as well as 15,000 square feet of commercial and coworking space.
