Construction of a standalone two-story facility connected to the North end of the existing Concourse E at H-JAIA by an elevated walkway. The new facility will add three additional gates to accommodate Group III aircraft. Further scope includes reconfiguring five existing gates to add an additional aircraft parking location to accommodate Group III/IV/V aircraft.

The project is slated for completion late in 2025. This is a NSMS, Joint Venture project.
