Located within walking distance from downtown Norcross, The Brunswick is a five-story community featuring 184 traditional apartments, nine work/live units, numerous high-end amenities, and a 280-space parking garage for residential and public use. In addition to connecting to neighboring Lillian Webb Park, the community also features street-level retail spaces and amenities that will cater to residents and the local community.

New South was excited to be a part of bringing The Brunswick, the first multifamily development, to the City of Norcross. New South’s growing expertise in the multifamily market and our great relationships with the subcontractor community were key components to the success of this project. The project was delivered as a CM at Risk with GMP. This method allowed New South to be heavily involved prior to construction and assist in generating ideas and design revisions to create cost savings for the Owner.
