This week, we joined the @cityoflilburn and @liverangewater for the groundbreaking of Porchline, a new multifamily development in @oldtownlilburnga. The project will feature 269 residential units, a 687-space parking deck, and luxury amenities including a sky deck, fitness center, co-working space, pet spa, and pool courtyard. We’re excited to watch this project progress and contribute to the growth of downtown Lilburn!

The New South Foundation hosted its first-ever clay shoot benefiting our Adopt-a-School Program! Through this program, New South partners with local elementary schools in the Atlanta Public Schools system, proudly supporting students and teachers by regularly volunteering time and providing resources.

This week, we topped out at the new McGinnis Ferry Apartments with Imperium Development and @dynamikdesignatl. The team enjoyed the sunshine, tacos, and a raffle!
