Located in the Battery at SunTrust Park, the regional office headquarters for Comcast provides a live-work-play environment. The project consisted of a nine-story core and shell office tower on two (2) levels of parking. The building has a curtain wall and an ACM metal panel exterior skin with exterior terraces on levels two (2), three (3), and nine (9). Levels P2 through 9 are post-tension cable slabs on top of a slab on grade (P1) on structural piles. All core restrooms have complete finishes, which include: ceramic tile, Terrazzo flooring on levels one and nine, vinyl wall covering, partitions, doors, frames, door hardware, restroom fixtures and restroom accessories.
