Perimeter Summit is a new multifamily development located in Brookhaven. The 386,074 square-foot community will include 350 units with a mix of studio to two-bedroom apartments. Future residents will have access to luxury amenities, including a resort-style-pool, a fitness center, a clubroom, a business center with a private conference room, an elevated resident lounge and entertaining kitchen with views of the Perimeter, package lockers, and a dog park. The seven-story development will consist of five floors of wood frame over parking with 475 resident parking spaces.
