​New South delivered the Delta Community Credit Union (DCCU) in the heart of Midtown with a clean, newly renovated space while maintaining the historical exterior appearance. Owned by the Atlanta Historical Society, this building is surrounded by other historic landmarks. 

The project consisted of partial structural demolition and a complete interior renovation. The renovation included all new MEP systems, interior office partitions and finishes, interior and exterior storefront systems, and complete replacement of the membrane roofing system. This project also consisted of a two-lane drive-up teller structure connected to the existing building, and an asphalt paving overlay of the existing parking lot.
