The Food Product and Innovation Center on the University of Georgia’s Griffin Campus is a facility designed as a food incubator for new products. There are three 1,800 sf pilot plants: Cool/Wet, Hot/Wet, and Hot/Dry. The facility also features multiple cooler/freezer and dry storage areas to support the pilot plants. The front of the building features operational support spaces, which includes offices, conference rooms, locker rooms, a small kitchen and a micro-lab area.
