This project represents a multi-phased enhancement to Doak Field at Dail Park, home of the Wolfpack baseball team. The upgrades were designed to elevate both player performance and the overall fan experience, supporting NC State’s pursuit of championships.

New player-focused upgrades include brand new locker rooms, a team lounge with integrated nutrition and sports medicine spaces, a weight room, batting facilities, and a state-of-the-art pitching lab. Fan-facing improvements feature enhanced premium seating, expanded concessions, and a variety of shaded seating options to create a more comfortable and engaging gameday environment. Additional scope included relocating the bullpens, installing new LED lighting, upgrading the scoreboard and sound system, replacing the playing surface, and expanding branding opportunities across the facility.

This was a joint venture between New South and Right Build International.
