BRYKS Upper Westside includes 576 Class A residential units across two buildings with two precast parking decks on a 5.8 acre mixed-use site. The mixed-use development features 12,000 square feet of retail space and supports connectivity between the Silver Comet Trail and the Atlanta Beltline. Community amenities include two resort-styled pools, a dog park, fitness centers, co-working areas and lounge spaces. The project incorporated more than 650-linear feet of soil nail wall (50+ft high) to maximize the buildable footprint. Significant underground rock excavation was required to achieve design depths for foundations, utilities, and storm detention vaults beneath each deck. In total, New South overcame several challenges to ultimately deliver the project on schedule and within budget.
