The existing structure was built in 1939 with additions in the 1970’s. Located in the former home of Woodstock Elementary School, the main building was constructed early in the 20th century and still maintains many of the architectural details from that time.
This 46,011 sf project is a Design-Build project consisting of major renovations on the Woodstock Campus with 13 classrooms, a library, Student Success Center, faculty offices, office space, restrooms, and a plaza area.
The renovation includes updating ADA requirements for the building; new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, including fire suppression; updating the existing kitchen and gymnasium, and removal, and abatement of hazardous materials. It also includes a new roof and exterior window systems.
