This project consists of the construction of the core and shell, as well as the interior buildout of the American Express Centurion Lounge. This lounge will be the largest Centurion Lounge in the world to date and will serve as American Express’ flagship lounge spanning approximately 26,000sf at HJAIA’s Concourse E. The structure will be built atop the existing roof including two outdoor terraces with views of the tarmac and a live planter wall at the entrance. Additionally, it will have a VIP bourbon bar, shower suites, private workspaces, and a full kitchen serving food throughout the day.

The lounge is expected to be open to travelers in early 2024.
