This project included a 29,000 SF office and warehouse addition to the southeast regional distribution hub for a confidential client. In addition, a 4,000 SF Data Center for advanced IP services including digital phone and high speed internet access was constructed. Data Center work included installation of a glycol cooling system. The project scope included switch over to a complete new 4000 amp 277-480v electrical service and re-feeding of the existing service, new UPS systems, and two new 1500kW backup generators including a new 12,000 gallon fuel storage tank.
